It has been a long history for human being to use natural fibres as the reinforcement to
prepare composite materials. Our ancient ancestors began to mix straw and clay to
make bricks with enhanced structural durability. The term “natural fibres” covers a
broad range of vegetable, animal, and mineral fibres. |
