原文：Bluestar Silicones has decided to group all its Italian compounding activities on its site at Caronno Pertusella for operational start-up in January 2010. Over several years, the company has developed a ready-to-use hot curable compounding elastomers network in Europe called "Mix & Fix centres". A key element of this system is Bluestar Siliconi Italia Spa, the Italian subsidiary of the Group which currently has two sites, Caronno Pertusella (VA) and Treviolo (BG). The Treviolo site will be closed. The affected employees will be offered transfers to the Caronno Pertusella site and staff accompaniment measures will be negotiated with the appropriate staff representative organizations.
